A Cistern for Strathcona Gardens

About the video: David Tracey, author of the newly published Guerrilla Gardening. A Manualfesto, invited me to the installation of a large, 2000 gallon rainwater collecting cistern in the Strathcona Community Gardens. Volunteers were in the process of putting the cistern in place and the beginning of the video shows the huge barrel on its side about to be tipped upright.
